We are in a similar situation. We gave them 30 days notice per the contract. They are still billing us even though we are no longer using their service.
We should all write the CEO, Dan Dryer.
After a lot of digging, (I mean HOURS) we found a the corporate headquarters address and contact info, which I've posted below.
Another option is to contact your local radio or television station's consumer watch reporter, they may be able to shed some light on this.
We should also contact the state attorney generals in our states or possibly get together and seek a class action law suit.
